This project is one of two design studies for a new hilltop home in Marin County.

The goal is an appropriately sized, net positive energy, environmentally sound house that makes the most of a stunning site with views up to Mt. Tamalpias and down to the San Francisco Bay.

This option is a series of modern masses that step down the ridge.  An existing guest house remains in this option.
