Originally by Julia Morgan, this Presidio Heights Residence in San Francisco CA was built in 1917 and completely remodeled in 2001.  Joel Baumgardner acted as project architect for the renovation and drafted nearly all of the plans and details.  The basic floor plan remained intact except for the master suite which was reconfigured.  Taken down to the studs, all wall finishes, paneling, cabinetry, flooring, windows, and HVAC systems were replaced.  The house was redecorated in 2015 as the San Francisco Decorator Showcase House.
